Hmm...
I think that you need to manually place the cache into your C: drive.

If you don't know how to do that just reply to this.

Alright what you need to do is find out what version of JDK you have.

First thing you have to do is go into your C: drive, then go to program files, then find java. Once in java it should have a folder saying something about jdk1.7.0 or something like that. Depending on what jdk you have, you are going to have right click on the compiler and click edit. Once you do this you should open up a notepad where it will say

@echo off
"C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.7.0_07/bin\javac.exe" -cp lib/clientlibs.jar;lib; *.java
@pause

Where it says jdk1.7.0_07, you will put in the type of jdk that you have. Now ur compiler should be working and you can compile now.

Uhh. Alright so you have to download a version of jdk.

Its pretty self-explanitory, just google "jdk download" and then just go from there.

If you need anymore help from here on just pm me.

Your problem was that you were probobly clicking the compiler instead of play.
